It’s Location, distance to Fairgrounds Rooms were clean but dated

staff was very nice and attentive. Even came around and asked if we needed clean linen. First time that ever happened at any hotel I ever stayed in. Mr Pankak Patel the front desk clerk was exceptionally kind.
